BLAZER BAND SCHEDULE

SUMMER/FALL 2007

JULY

16 - 20 Color Guard camp at Blazer 8:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m.

   Percussion Camp at Blazer 8:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m.

   New Members  8:00a.m-12:00p.m.

23 – 27 – First week of band camp

         8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

• Bring your lunch.  You are not allowed to leave campus. 
• This is fundamentals and music week.

AUGUST

July 30 – August 3 Second Week of camp. Bring your lunch.  You are not allowed to leave campus.  Drill week.

 All Members 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.

7 – Rehearsal 6 – 9 p.m.

8 – First day of school – We will not have practice after school today.

• WE WILL PRACTICE ON TUESDAYS AND WEDNESDAYS AFTER SCHOOL
• UNTIL 6:00 AND THURSDAY EVENINGS FROM 6:00 – 9:00 P.M.

9 – Picnic/Show premiere 6:00 – 8:30

16 – Meet the Cats

24 – Football home with Raceland

31 – Football home with Pikeville

SEPTEMBER

7 – Football home with Ironton

8 - Contest

14 – Football at Russell

15 - Contest

21 – Football home with Montgomery County

 HOMECOMING

28 – Football at Boyd County

29 - Contest

OCTOBER

6 – Blue and Gold Contest MSU

8 – 12 FALL BREAK – We WILL have rehearsal this week in prep for Regionals.

12 – Football home with Greenup Co

13 – KMEA Regional Contest

19 – Football home with Bryan Station

 Senior Night

20 – KMEA State Marching Band Championships

NOVEMBER

20 – Ashland Christmas Parade
